Return & Exchange Policy

At Banas Jewelry, we strive to offer you a premium shopping experience and greatly value your trust. Therefore, we provide a clear and straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction and comfort.

Return Policy

1.Return Window:

You may request a return within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product.

2.Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and the user manual.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging has been opened or if the product is scratched or damaged due to misuse.

3.Return Fees:

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or if the wrong item was delivered, the customer will not bear any fees.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

4.Refund Process:

  • The refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the product to ensure it meets all return conditions.

Exchange Policy

1.Exchange Window:

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

2.Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with its full packaging and accessories.
  • Exchanges must be for the same category of product. For example:

  • Prayer beads (Subha) can only be exchanged with another Subha.
  • A ring can only be exchanged with another ring.

3.Exchange Fees:

  • The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees of 60.

Important Notes

  • Exchange is not allowed if the product has been opened or used.
  • Products scratched or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • For purchases made via installment services (e.g., Tabby or Tamara), returns are not allowed, but the product may be exchanged for another of equal value.
  • For international orders: Customs duties or additional taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on the laws of the receiving country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer. We recommend reviewing local customs policies before completing your order.

If the Customer Does Not Receive the Order

  • If the order is shipped and not collected by the customer within the shipping company’s holding period and is returned to our warehouse:

  • This will be treated as a “refused delivery.”
  • In this case, the customer is not eligible for a refund, and the order will be considered completed according to our policy.
  • The customer may request to have the order re-shipped by paying an additional shipping fee of 30 (for domestic orders only).

General Terms

  • Products that are scratched or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
